Akrapovic Toyota Gr Yaris – “Slip On” Race Line Titanium Exhaust System  This exhaust is produced using race-proven, high-grade titanium for the entire system and features megaphone-shaped tailpipes. A collector centred between the rear resonators has been cast in the in-house foundry; this collector optimizes and balances the gas flow to produce an acoustically tuned sound with no drone. Three resonators two at the back of the collector and one in the middle pipe further tune the sound experience to create a sporty racing tone, fully enhancing the engines characteristics with a deep and enthusiastic sound, to give the occupants a feeling of exhilaration that is never interrupted by excess noise. The engineers have placed a special emphasis on the acoustics in the middle and high rev range, with a high-frequency tone at higher rpms and more sound at idle and revving. This sound is managed by two megaphone-shaped titanium tailpipes that are welded to the exhaust and specially coated to resist any colour changes at high temperatures. The shape of the tailpipes influences the sound. They are bigger than stock, measuring in at 110 mm, and have a similar profile to the Akrapovic exhaust for the Toyota GR Supra. Developed to decrease back pressure, the system weighs in at 7,8 kg, which is 37 % lighter than stock and yields power gains of 9.5 kW (12.9 hp) at 6,950 rpm and torque increases of 13.0 Nm at 6,950 rpm when tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a Toyota GR Yaris with a standard stock exhaust. This exhaust is designed for use on racetracks and closed courses only. It is necessary to cut the stock exhaust system when installing this product, but no ECU remapping is needed for this configuration. An optional Evolution link pipe is available for customers looking to extend the exhaust tuning possibilities for even better performance of the Akrapovic Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) system. Akrapovic Toyota Supra (A90) With Gpf – “Slip On” Titanium Exhaust System This ECE type-approved system is constructed entirely from high-grade titanium and features an exhaust valve with a housing cast in the in-house foundry. The single muffler arrangement has a unique set of titanium tailpipes, utilising a design not previously seen on an aftermarket exhaust. Fully adapted to the lines of the car, the outer side of the tailpipe has been coated for increased durability, while the inner surface has a bluish-purple natural titanium colour achieved by annealing, plus a stylish and sporty imprint design to give the system a very special and exclusive finish. Through the use of lightweight materials, the system will reduce overall vehicle weight, optimising power and torque through the entire rev range. Different sound modes offer a pleasant experience in comfort mode without any intrusive drone and, when the driving gets more dynamic and enthusiastic, the exhaust produces a vibrant and deep roar from the six-cylinder engine, which the Supra is well known for, and adds an exciting and exhilarating sensation as the revs rise. An optional Akrapovic Sound Kit is available to control the various sound settings, and optional tuning opportunities exist through the addition of the stainless-steel Evolution Link Pipe set. Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 & LP580-2 Akrapovic Slip-On Line (SS) exhaust system Na het succes en de ervaring die is opgedaan met het Slip-On Line-uitlaatsysteem dat Akrapovič ontwikkelde voor de Lamborghini Gallardo, tilt het nieuwe systeem voor de Lamborghini Huracán deze verbluffende auto naar een nieuw niveau. Met precisie vervaardigd uit een hoogwaardige titaniumlegering, die is ontworpen om het gewicht aanzienlijk te verminderen en de handling te verbeteren, heeft de Slip-On Line grotere hoofdleidingen dan het standaardsysteem en een speciaal ontworpen X-deel (voor cross-flow) in de uitlaatdemper om tegendruk te verminderen, waardoor het vermogen en het koppel over het hele toerentalbereik toenemen.     Het unieke gegrom van de atmosferische V10-motor wordt verbeterd naarmate de prestaties toenemen, en levert een onderscheidend geluid op dat de zintuigen prikkelt, zonder enig ongewenst cabinegeluid. Bij lagere toerentallen en tijdens cruise-operaties zijn de kleppen gesloten, waardoor een dieper en scherper uitlaatgeluid ontstaat, maar wanneer de toeren stijgen en de kleppen opengaan, komt de volle, gepassioneerde soundtrack van de motor vrij om te laten zien dat de Huracán het menens is. Dit voortreffelijke systeem is perfect afgewerkt met vier uitlaatpijpen van koolstofvezel, waardoor deze uitlaat er net zo goed uitziet als hij klinkt en presteert. Dit product is gemaakt van lichtgewicht handgemaakte koolstofvezel en is gelakt om een hoogglansafwerking te creëren. Het is gemonteerd op twee beugels met een zwanenhalsontwerp, vervaardigd van lichtgewicht CNC-gefreesd aluminium om de beste verhouding tussen gewicht en prestaties te bieden. De beugels zijn geoptimaliseerd voor de optimale verhouding tussen draagvermogen en gewicht. De bouten die worden gebruikt om de vleugel en de beugels te verbinden, zijn van hoogwaardig titanium. Er zijn hoogwaardige titanium verstevigingen ingebouwd voor een betere structurele stabiliteit op scharnierpunten. Ontworpen met echo's uit de autosportwereld, werd de afgeleide aerofoil van de vleugel ontwikkeld om een extreem competitieve verhouding tussen neerwaartse kracht en luchtweerstand te bereiken. Aan de achterrand van een vleugel wordt een kleine lip geplaatst om maximale prestaties van de vleugel te bereiken door nog meer neerwaartse druk te creëren.   Geoptimaliseerd voor de aerodynamica van de BMW M3 en M4, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is gebruikt om de beste functionaliteit te garanderen, en er is veel aandacht besteed aan het garanderen dat de algehele geometrie geen extra luchtturbulentie rond de achterkant veroorzaakt of extra geluid aan de zijkant van de auto.   Volledig instelbaar op drie niveaus, de vleugel moet handmatig worden ingesteld op de gewenste hoek voordat u gaat rijden. Het is ABE-goedgekeurd met AKR-WI KBA 31882 typegoedkeuring en afgewerkt met een ingetogen Akrapovič monochroom logo aan elke kant.   Dit product past niet op de BMW M4 Cabrio (G83).
